Bagels
Since 1996 we have been making the best bagels outside of NYC... And possibly better than most in NYC. This is because we make an authentic bagel - not some puffed up, steamed roll with a hole. Our bagels are prepared the traditional way - then they are boiled and finally baked in a 500 degree oven. This produces a dense crust with a chewy interior - the way they're supposed to be! We offer 21 different varieties of bagels plus bialys and flagels (a flat crusty bagel available on the weekend only) additionally, we have 17 flavors of cream cheeses to top your favorite bagel
